The project objective is to develop a clean and high efficient HDNG engine which has:

• Same power output as comparable diesel engine
• Same or insignificant lower specific fuel consumption in all point of the engine operation map
• Low NOx emission equal or better than EURO V
• Reduction of CO2 emission by 25% compared to diesel engine
• Less (-50%) engine noise level compared to diesel engine
